In some cases, such as when you need to send large email volumes, or when your email provider cannot provide you with a "SMTP Relay", we may suggest that you set up a SendInBlue account, which can be used to relay emails from your Junari system.

The first part of this guide described how to create an account. This part details how to verify your domain to ensure maximum reliability of delivery

Verify your domain

Setting up SPF record

Send an email to your IT team, along the lines of:

Dear IT Support Team

We have now set up a SendInBlue account to allow us to relay emails from our membership system.

In order to maximise the delivery of our email, please can you help us by updating the SPF (Sender Policy Framework) record on our domain name (DOMAIN NAME) to include the required SendInBlue SPF record.

As per the SendInBlue documentation, please could you update it to be the following:

v=spf1 include:emailsrvr.com include:spf.sendinblue.com mx -all

And let us know when done.

Many thanks!
