There are many amazon sync tasks that can occasionally run into errors, such as non-matching SKUs or other issues.
Therefore it is important to keep an eye on these logs, so any issues can be dealt with
Manually viewing all logs
You can see the full history of amazon synchronisation on the Amazon menu -> Log History -> Log Lines
This log contains both successful and unsuccessful operations
Viewing and dealing with any issues
When there is a problem (for example a mismatching SKU), the "Mismatch Detail" column is ticked.
You can see specifically any error lines by using the "Mismatch Detail" filter on the Filters menu
Once you have dealt with the issues, you can then remove them from the list using the "Archive" option
Adding sync issues to your dashboard
To avoid having to manually go in and look for issues, you can add them to a dashboard.
1. Go to the Amazon module -> Log history -> Log Lines, and filter for "Mismatch Lines" (as per instructions above)
2. Click on the Favourites button -> Add to my dashboard, and give the list a name
Now you will see the list on your personal dashboard. As long as you "Archive" issues after they are sorted, then this list will only show new issues which need to be actioned.
IMPORTANT
Archiving a "Log Book" does not automatically archive the "Log Lines" (currently), so you must archive the Log Book and Log Lines seperately at the moment. Junari can obviously fix this if we need to
