What do the various statistics on the Sales Teams dashboard mean?

In the Sales area -> Sales Teams, you will see a dashboard with various statistics for each sales team, like the below:




To clarify what these statistics mean:

  • Open Opportunities - all opportunities that have not yet been Won or Lost

  • Overdue Opportunities - all opportunities that are still Open (as above), and have an Expected Close date that is in the past

  • Quotations - all quotations that have not yet been accepted

  • Orders to Invoice - all orders that have an Invoice Status of "To Invoice"
