User Portal Access

In order for a user to access the portal, they must be awarded access from the website administrator.


A. Granting Portal Access:
    1.This is done by the administrator by heading to the Dashboard and going to the Address Book.

    

    Keep in mind that the layout of the dashboard may vary system by system.
    

    2. In the Address Book you can grant access to individual users(Companies cannot be granted access only their contacts) in two ways:

           2.1 By opening a user and selecting "Grant Portal Access" from their action menu:

                

          2.2 Selecting a user or multiple users from the Address Book list and selecting "Grant Portal Access" from the action menu:

B. User Accessing Portal

    1. Now the user will receive the following email asking them to set up their account:
        
    2. After the user has set up their account they can log in by click top right button on the website "Sign In"
        
    3. Depending on the Portal Roles awarded to the user they will be able to access different functions in the "My Account" Section:
