- Enrich any purchased leads that lack email addresses.
- Decide on the email address to send the campaign from (if using a new domain, ensure it is properly warmed and not blacklisted).
- Ensure replies from the new domain’s mailbox are routed to Junari's internal lead system.
- Perform a spam test on the prepared emails.
- Create a sending schedule using Akarigo’s previously used template.

At the end of each automation, ensure an activity is created for the dedicated sales person, to call the leads that have opened the final email in the stream
- Test the automation using the ‘test mailing list.’
- Ensure all emails are routed to the appropriate employees/sales representatives.
- Develop and agree on a process to monitor responses.
- Conduct a final review of the email content (links, contact info, design, footer, etc.).
- Run a final test of the automation.
