Users unable to login

Full Question

A user called, they are having problems logging into the portal. Invalid username/password is being shown for multiple users.

Please could you make sure the users are typing their usernames exactly as shown in the "Login" column under users.


Failing that please could you let us know the users that are unable to log in and we can reset their passwords, or you can do this yourself using the Change Password function
