How to re-do a customer delivery order if there is incorrect data

If a delivery address has been entered incorrectly or a different label needs to be printed follow the below steps to re-do the customer delivery


(For Shipengine) Use the 'Cancel Consignment' button on the 'Additional Info' tab of a delivery or through the 'Inventory -> Delivery -> Consignment' screen.


Hit the 'Return' button to put items 'back in stock' then duplicate the delivery and edit the delivery address here and confirm again to get a new label.
