You can track sales against individual delivery addresses simply by filtering by the Delivery Address field, as shown below

You can also use the Group By option to get total sales figures by delivery address

Using the Pivot View

You can use the Pivot View for advanced analysis of your Sales figures

On the view that appears, us the Plus sign to add a new "Level" and then select the Delivery Address field

Which then gives you sales by Month, by Delivery Address
