Introduction to Mailing Lists

As a Junari customer you gain access to our enhancements to the Email Marketing area of Odoo

The main enhancement we've added is the ability to have "static lists" of contacts from your CRM database (Odoo does not allow a direct link between Address Book contacts and Mailing List contacts out-of-the box)

Adding contacts to a Mailing List

In the Contacts area of the system, search for the contacts you wish to add to a mailing list, then click Actions -> Add Contacts to Mailing List

Mailing lists can be viewed under Marketing -> Mailing Lists

And contact membership of mailing lists can be seen in the contact "Marketing" tab

Sending messages to Mailing Lists

To send an email to a mailing list, go to Marketing -> Mailings and create a new one, then in the Recipients list select Mailing List...
