Configuring Email Signatures

You can configure Email signatures for your users.


Configuring each user, via the Users & Settings area


This can be done centrally, via Users & Settings -> Users




Users Configuring their own signatures


Individual users can also configure their own email signature, via the User menu (top right), then the My Profile / Preferences option (depending on your version)






Showing Email Signatures on Outbound Email Templates


To have the user's email signature show on outbound emails, you can customise the outgoing email.


On the Send Email screen, select the template you wish to edit in the list, and click the "Open" button (the icon with the square and arrow to the right of the template list)




This will show the Edit Email Template screen




On this screen, insert the following text at the end of the template


${user.signature | safe}


This will cause the user's signature to be added to the template when it is generated
