SPF
Sender Policy Framework (SPF) helps protect your domain against spoofing, and helps prevent your outgoing messages from being marked as spam.
SPF specifies the mail servers that are allowed to send email for your domain. Receiving mail servers use SPF to verify that incoming messages that appear to come from your domain were sent by servers authorized by you.
To find out how to add SPF records to your DNS settings, type your domain registrar into here and it will give you relevant instructions.
Generating SPF Records
To generate the correct SPF records use a tool such as https://www.spf-record.com/generator and include

DKIM
DomainKeys Identification Mail is a technique that uses an encryption key to digitally sign your emails so your recipients know the message has not been faked or altered in transit.
Check if DKIM is enabled on your email server and follow the Odoo instructions here to check this.
