Using Email in your Junari system

In your Junari system you can send email from any record, either using a button at the top of the record, as shown below:

Or by using the Send Message function, at the bottom (or to the Right) of the record

NOTE: if you want to edit rich text, or insert images, you'll want to click the Full Composer button

And this will take you to the Full Message view

Viewing Sent Messages, and whether they were sent successfully

When a message has been sent, you will see it in the Message Log, below the current record (or to the right)

You can confirm whether a message was successfully sent using the small Envelope icon next to the Sender Name

The below message was successfully sent, as indicated by the white envelope and the tick next to Russell Briggs

The following message was Not successfully sent, due to the Red envelope

You can click the red envelope to see what the problem was
