Resetting a Portal User's Password

Sometimes it may be necessary to reset a portal user's password, for example if they haven't received their invitation email and you want to send them a password.


To do this, go into the Settings area of your system




To find your portal user, you need to apply the appropriate filters in the User Filters menu, as shown below




Click the portal user in the list then select Actions -> Change Password




Enter the new user password then press the Change Password button




NOTE: No automatic email will be sent.


You'll need to provide the user their new password via email.
