Removing / Revoking Customer Portal Access

If you with to remove a customer's portal access


First, Take a note of their name / email address


Go to Users & Settings -> Users


Click Filters and check only Portal Users, as below





Search for the user you wish to revoke portal access for

 

Click Actions and delete them



 


NOTE: This will not delete the details of the contact in the Address Book, you can remove that separately if needed.
