Creating an Xero Contact from a CRM Contact
In CRM go to Contacts and find the Company that you want to link to Xero
Click the Sales and Purchases tab
In order to sync a contact over to Xero there are some required fields that need to be filled in these are:
An Invoice Address (created under the Contacts & Addresses tab)
The Invoice Address requires some fields:
Name
Phone
Email
Warnings will be raised to let you know which fields are missing when trying to create the Xero contact.
Once the Xero Contact has been created it will show a “Sync Xero Balance and Status” button which as suggested by the button text gets the Xero Contact’s Balance and Status.
