Creating an Xero Contact from a CRM Contact

  • In CRM go to Contacts and find the Company that you want to link to Xero

  • Click the Sales and Purchases tab




In order to sync a contact over to Xero there are some required fields that need to be filled in these are:

  • An Invoice Address (created under the Contacts & Addresses tab)

    • The Invoice Address requires some fields:

    • Name

    • Phone

    • Email

Warnings will be raised to let you know which fields are missing when trying to create the Xero contact.

Once the Xero Contact has been created it will show a “Sync Xero Balance and Status” button which as suggested by the button text gets the Xero Contact’s Balance and Status.
