Once the Junari Sage 50 Software is installed, the following set-up tasks are needed in your CRM system:
Link the Organisations / Contacts in your address book to Sage 50 records
Configure the Chart of Accounts in your Junari system to match that of Sage 50
Configure the Tax Codes in your Junari system to match those of Sage 50
(Junari can help with all of the above)
In order for invoices to be posted against the correct nominal codes in Sage, you need to customise your Account Codes in CRM. To do this, go to Invoicing → Configration → Accounting → Chart of accounts.
From here, make sure that each “income” account (accounts in the 4xxx range) match a corresponding account in your Sage 50 system
Tax Codes
In order for invoices to be posted against the correct tax codes in Sage, you need to customise your Tax Codes in CRM. To do this, go to Invoicing → Configration → Invoicing → Taxes.
From here, make sure that each tax record has a Tax Code entered that matches a tax code in your Sage 50 system
