In CRM go to Invoicing and create a new Customer Invoice
Select the Customer (or a contact from a company) that has previously been Linked or Created within Sage
Enter any Reference and the Invoice Date you wish to use
Enter the Invoice Lines. Make sure that the correct Account and Tax are selected
When you are ready to transfer your invoice to Sage 50, click the Post button.
The Junari Sage 50 Integration will check at this point whether all information is valid for Sage 50, and will warn you if there are any problems. If it all looks good, then the invoice will be posted into Sage 50, and the Sage 50 invoice number will be displayed in CRM:
NOTE: Currently invoices are NOT automatically “Posted” in Sage 50, to allow your bookkeeper to review them.
