Handling Invoice Payments

Invoice Payments must be entered in Sage 50 (so they can be recorded against the correct bank account, etc), however once they have been added into Sage, the Junari Sage 50 Integration displays them within CRM.

To view invoice payment status:

  • In CRM go to Invoicing

  • In the Customer Invoices list, the payment status is shown in the Payment column:




  • Details of payments can be seen by clicking on the invoice and looking above the Amount Due field (in the below example, a split payment has been received)







NOTE: Invoice payments are synchronised to CRM on a scheduled basis, so they will not appear immediately. We normally configure the sage link to synchronise twice per day, but this can be changed to happen more or less often depending on your requirements.
