    1. Link your CRM Companies and Contacts to existing records in Xero
    2. Create new Xero Customer and Supplier records directly from CRM
    3. Raise Xero Invoices from your CRM
    4. View Xero Customer Invoice payment status in CRM
    5. View account balance
    6. View credit limit
    7. Posts POs
    8. Note: doesn't pull back refunds
