Odoo Online: Requesting a TEST database upgrade

Process to request a database upgrade of your Odoo Online system, for testing...

1. Log in to your odoo.com account: https://www.odoo.com/my

2. Click your profile icon in the top-right and select My Databases

3. Click the "gear" icon next to your live database and click the "Upgrade" option (note: this does not immediately start an upgrade!)

4. Select the target version of Odoo, then click the Test Upgrade button (highlighted below)

This will trigger the automatic test upgrade process, which typically takes 30 - 60 minutes.

When the process is complete, you will receive an email confirmation, which will have a link to the upgraded database. Please pass that on to us so that we can complete the testing for you.

if there were any problems with the upgrade you will also receive an email. Again you can forward that on to us and we will deal with communicating with Odoo support to get any issues resolved.
