Configuring Odoo PDF Document Layout and Margins

Odoo has a set of standard document templates, which can be configured.

These templates are accessible via the "Print" menu from most main records

Customising the overall document layout and colours

Go to Settings -> General Settings and locate the Business Documents section

Then click the "Configure Document Layout" option, which will take you to the screen below:

The above screen lets you customise the layout, logo and Title + Text colours that will be used on your documents.

Customising document size and margins

Either on the above screen, or from the settings screen, you can choose the Paper Format, which determines the document size and margin.

Once you've selected your desired paper format, you can then customise it further by overriding the Margins
