Backing up the knowledge base

To back up the content in the knowledge base you can:

1. Go into the knowledge base and select the top level tickbox near the "Title" field. 

2. Go to Action > Export 

3. Ensure that you have all the fields you need copying over selected from the left hand side to the right hand side, in this case I also need the content so I have ensured that is selected and on the right hand side 

4. Click the "Export" button on the bottom left 

This will the create a backup XLS file for you
