1. This privacy policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the Junari.com website and associated services and governs data collection, retention and usage. By using an Junari service, you agree to the data practices described in this Policy.

2. Background

Our registered address is Office 4, 340 The Crescent, Colchester, Essex, CO4 9AD. Our company registration number is 05683385.

We are also registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) ZA267446. The ICO is the UK’s independent authority set up to uphold information rights in the public interest. It promotes openness by public bodies and data privacy for individuals.

3. What information do we collect?

We will collect, store and use the following kinds of personal information:

       Information you provide to us which identifies you as an Junari customer or service user.

       Information you provide us for accessing and using our products and services.

       Site usage information which may include demographic information such as your approximate geographical location, your IP address, browser type, access times and referring website addresses;

       Any other information that you choose to share with us, for example as a result of a customer support enquiry;

As a customer of Junari you will be kept up to date with new and existing products that we provide, which we think may be of interest to you. If you have previously unsubscribed from our marketing emails before entering into a contractual relationship with us, please note that you will be automatically re-subscribed in order to ensure you receive all of the supporting material and additional content that we have created for our customers.

 

You are free to amend your preferences or unsubscribe from all marketing material at any time.

As a Data Subject (person whose personal data is processed under this policy) you have a number of rights under current Data Protection Legislation, including:

Right to Access: You may instruct us to provide you with a copy of any personal information we hold about you.

Right to Rectification: you may request that incorrect personal information is corrected.

10. Data Retention Periods

Your basic personal information – (user account, email and contact details) will be retained for 6  years.

Any financial information will be retained for the duration of your contract and will be retained for a further 6 years, this is the default retention period for HMRC records.

The data retention period for all other data will depend on the product and service you purchase from us.
